Whether you’ve got questions, feedback, or just need to vent because life is a chaotic mess and your shirt hasn’t arrived yet — we’re here. Kinda. Emotionally, we’re not, but professionally? We aim to respond within 24–48 hours, unless we’re busy sobbing into fabric samples or dealing with a printer meltdown. Either way, you’ll hear from us.

🕰️ Operating Hours (if you can call them that)

We’re mostly alive and responsive during these times:
Monday–Friday: 9AM – 5PM (UK Time)
Saturday & Sunday: Emotionally recharging (aka crying into cereal), but still lowkey checking emails.

Need help outside those hours? Still reach out. We’re probably doomscrolling and might just answer anyway.
